Independent Agencies Wanted: Personal and Commercial P & C
Location: Western Washington - from Federal Way to Everett - and the East side too! Currently own and operate along with my Ops Manager wife, an independent agency with 3 CSRs and 14 Agent/Producers.
Wanting both Personal and Commercial lines of Insurance - and will take any blend of the two. Life and Disability can be a piece of the business, though not my major aim.
Would be willing to work out either a straight purchase or a Joint Operating Agreement with a date certain for buyout - which is a great way for a planned win-win transition to occur. If you got seasoned staff worth keeping - they can stay on if the book of business can support their employment.

Personal Lines - the basis to any solid agency. But today Commercial Lines are more important than ever. Currently have a strong book specializing in BOPs, Contractors, Habitational/Apartments, Restaurants and Manufacturing.
No matter to argue over ... as I would take a solid book of Personal Lines only, as I can always develop the Commercial side of the business.
