Looking to purchase Independent Agency Book of Business in the Fort Worth/Arlington Texas or local rural market area.  Size of book preferred as large as $10 million in premium or any size below.  This would be a private owner acquisition and continued to run as a family business.  Well rounded businesses that have been run with high levels of customer service, low lapse and professional in environment appreciated.  Interest in retaining some if not all employees who meet a high level of success in either acquisition or retention as they would be considered for employment.  I have 15+ years of very successful history in the insurance and financial services industry.
