P&C Agency wanted

I am looking for a P&C Agency in the DFW of Texas (may consider other areas as well).  We are looking for an agency under $500,000 in revenue.  Prefers books with preferred personal lines and or commercial lines.  keeping employees, office lease etc under right circumstances is an option.  May be willing to pay more than market value for the right agency.  Please contact me to discuss further.
