Experienced Florida-based agency owner seeking to acquire a larger independent P&C agency with a strong focus on personal lines. Ideal targets will have a well-run operation with solid retention, clean books, and key carrier appointments already in place.

I previously built and sold one of the largest captive agencies in the country and currently operate a fast-growing independent firm with two locations in Florida. We are actively expanding and looking to acquire a well-established agency anywhere in Florida, with an emphasis on continued growth, operational integrity, and staff/client continuity.
