Marketplace 4 Insurance (M4I) has acquired Swann Insurance Agency, an independent firm based in Columbia, Maryland. The deal strengthens M4I’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic and aligns Swann with Reilly Insurance Agency, M4I’s existing location in nearby Crofton.
Swann Insurance Agency, led by Joe Swann, has built a strong reputation for providing a wide range of personal and commercial insurance solutions, including auto, home, life, and business coverage. Through the acquisition, clients will gain access to a broader selection of carriers, products, and resources while continuing to receive the same local service and personalized support.
As part of the integration, Swann’s team has joined Reilly Insurance Agency and will continue serving clients in the Columbia area. The transition is expected to be seamless, with no disruption to existing policies or client relationships.
M4I stated that the acquisition supports its strategy of expanding its regional footprint and building a fully integrated insurance brokerage platform across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
