King Risk Partners has acquired Conover Beyer Associates Insurance, a longstanding independent insurance agency based in Manasquan, New Jersey. The transaction expands King Risk Partners’ presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Founded in 1882, Conover Beyer has served businesses, individuals and families throughout New Jersey for more than 140 years. The family and veteran-owned agency provides commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits, commercial bonding and risk management services.
The agency also has specialized experience in coastal risks and serves a variety of industries, including contractors, restaurants and manufacturers.
Scott Popilek, CEO of King Risk Partners, said Conover Beyer brings extensive industry knowledge and an understanding of the complex risks facing businesses and individuals in New Jersey. He said the combination will strengthen King Risk Partners’ commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits and risk management capabilities throughout the region.
