Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired McMillan Insurance & Bonding Inc., doing business as Innovise Business Consultants, an insurance brokerage based in Englewood, Colorado. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Innovise provides commercial insurance brokerage and surety bonding services, with specialized expertise serving businesses in the construction, energy, real estate and manufacturing industries.
As part of the acquisition, the Innovise team, led by Jason McMillan, will relocate to Gallagher’s Denver office. The team will operate under the direction of Bret VanderVoort, who leads Gallagher’s Western Zone retail property and casualty brokerage operations.
