Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has announced the acquisition of Cincinnati Benefit Solutions, LLC, a Cincinnati-based employee benefits consulting firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cincinnati Benefit Solutions specializes in providing employee benefits services to small businesses throughout Cincinnati and the surrounding region. Following the acquisition, founder Drew Locaputo and the firm’s team will continue operating from their current location and will join Gallagher’s Great Lakes region employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations under the leadership of Brian Lomas.
The acquisition strengthens Gallagher’s employee benefits capabilities in Ohio, particularly within the small-business market.
