Brown & Brown, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Loan Protector Insurance Services
DAYTONA BEACH, FL — Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE:BRO) announced the completion of the previously announced acquisition of Loan Protector Insurance Services by Brown & Brown, Inc. The Loan Protector operations will join with Brown & Brown’s subsidiary, Proctor Financial, to operate as Proctor Loan Protector.
