Foxquilt has launched an admitted Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance product in the United States, expanding its small commercial insurance offerings and moving the company toward a multi-line platform.
Also known as professional liability insurance, the new coverage is Foxquilt’s second admitted product line in the U.S. It is designed for consultants, technology companies, beauty and health professionals, and other small business professionals.
The E&O product will be available to agents and brokers through Foxden, Foxquilt’s proprietary insurance platform. The system uses automated underwriting to allow insurance professionals and small business owners to digitally quote and bind coverage. Agents and brokers will now have access to both Foxquilt’s Commercial General Liability and E&O products through the platform.
Foxquilt CEO and Co-Founder Karim Jamal said the E&O launch is part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its product lineup and provide more options through its existing distribution relationships.
The company also plans to offer professional liability coverage through embedded insurance partnerships with platforms, marketplaces and networks serving independent professionals.
Foxquilt’s E&O expansion builds on its existing capacity relationship with Markel. Jeff Lamb, president of Programs, Alliances & Insurtech at Markel, said the insurer is supporting Foxquilt’s expansion into professional liability and its continued growth in the U.S. small commercial market.
The E&O product initially launched in 10 states: Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin. Foxquilt said it plans to expand availability nationwide by the end of 2026.
The launch represents another step in Foxquilt’s transition from a single-product MGA to a broader commercial insurance platform serving small businesses through agents, brokers and embedded distribution partners.
