Woodbury, NY — SterlingRisk (Woodbury, NY), one of the nation’s largest privately held insurance brokerages, today announced the acquisition of ASZ International, Inc., a Westchester County, NY–based agency specializing in transportation risks. The transaction became effective February 1, 2026.
Founded and led by Marc Zettl, ASZ International has built a respected transportation-focused book of business serving operators throughout New York and beyond. As part of the transaction, Marc Zettl and Chris Zettl have joined SterlingRisk. Marc will serve as President of SterlingRisk’s Transportation Vertical, and Chris joins as Account Specialist, supporting the continued growth of the practice.

His addition brings a well-established portfolio and complements SterlingRisk’s broad industry expertise across aviation, construction, real estate, environmental and professional services, financial services, manufacturing, restaurants and hospitality, retail, and wholesale distribution.
