We are a seasoned insurance team comprised of experienced professionals, led by a second-generation insurance broker with a proven perpetuation plan and a third-generation licensed broker currently completing his studies at UCLA. Having successfully completed two acquisitions over the past four years, we are seeking to partner with or acquire a balanced, stable agency that shares our long-term commitment to clients, staff, and the thoughtful use of technology to enhance growth and operational efficiency.
The buyer is open to exploring a variety of deal structures — including cash transactions, full or partial sales, and earnouts — to best accommodate the seller’s tax planning and retirement goals. Valuations are higher end of market, and the seller may have the opportunity to participate in future upside if it aligns with the interests of all parties. Our intention is to honor and build upon the existing legacy while expanding the agency’s reach, preserving its culture, and strengthening its reputation in the marketplace.
