EqualParts is led by Mike Witte, co-founder of Workrise (formerly RigUp), which he grew from a 2-person startup to a $3B company in the Oil & Gas industry. We’re applying the same tangential playbook to insurance: invest in operators, provide technology and back-office support, and build something together.

To complement our tangential operational track-record, we have acquired some of the most respected and creative insurance operators in the industry: capacity and product creation experience, growth and distribution, and deep industry relationships.

We are not a traditional PE firm; we are operators. We don’t acquire agencies to strip them for parts. We partner with owners who’ve built something worth protecting—and help them grow it.
