P&C Agency near Austin or DFW area.

I am looking for a P&C Agency near Austin or DFW of Texas (may consider other areas as well).  We are looking for an agency under $500,000 in revenue.  Prefer books with a higher percentage of commercial preferred & surplus and some personal lines.  keeping employees, office lease etc under right circumstances is an option.  Please contact me to discuss further.
