‘Florida Health Solution Corporation was formed and licensed by the State of Florida in 2002 as a Prepaid Health Plan, covering 10 counties in the State of Florida. In December of 2014, its sister company, Florida Health Solution HMO Company (FHS-HMO), received its Certificate of Authority by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation and plans to start enrolling members in the individual Market in 2015. FHS-HMO plans to participate in the Federal and Private Exchanges with Patient Protection Affordable Care Act compliant benefits.’
