World Insurance Associates has acquired the business of Pellechio Family Agency, an independent insurance agency based in Parsippany, New Jersey. The transaction was completed on May 1, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2017, Pellechio Family Agency provides commercial and personal insurance solutions to its clients.
Robert Pellechio, client advisor at Pellechio Family Agency, said joining World will allow the agency to expand the products and services available to its customers while continuing to help clients understand their coverage options and insurance needs.
Rich Eknoian, executive chairman and founder of World Insurance Associates, welcomed Pellechio to the organization and noted the agency’s New Jersey roots, where World is also headquartered.
The acquisition adds another independent agency to World’s growing national brokerage platform. World Insurance Associates is ranked among the Top 50 insurance brokerages in the United States and has expanded through acquisitions of agencies across the country.
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel to World in connection with the transaction, while Castano Quigley Cherami represented Pellechio. No additional advisors were disclosed.
