Outmarket AI has launched Outmarket Lite, a self-service artificial intelligence platform designed to help insurance agencies of all sizes automate everyday tasks and improve operational efficiency.
The new offering provides smaller independent agencies with access to AI-powered tools previously available through Outmarket’s enterprise platform, without requiring lengthy implementation processes or enterprise contracts.
Outmarket Lite supports workflows across commercial insurance, personal lines and employee benefits. Its features include automated proposal generation, insurance quote comparisons, policy reviews, coverage gap analysis, document verification, ACORD form completion and employee benefits plan comparisons.
The platform allows agencies to register online and begin using its tools immediately. Users also receive access to Outmarket Vault, Design Studio, an AI assistant and customer support through email, a help center and weekly webinars.
According to Outmarket, its technology is already used by more than 300 insurance agencies, including over a quarter of the nation’s 100 largest agencies.
Vishal Sankhla, co-founder and CEO of Outmarket, said the company developed Outmarket Lite to make AI technology more accessible to smaller agencies that face many of the same administrative challenges as larger brokerages.
Sankhla said agencies can begin using the platform within minutes to reduce manual work, improve customer service and support business growth.
Outmarket Lite is available with pricing starting at $1,000 per user annually, equivalent to approximately $83 per month.
Agencies requiring more advanced automation can upgrade to Outmarket Enterprise without switching platforms.
The Enterprise version offers more than 30 commercial lines workflows, including loss run analysis, contract reviews, policy checking, certificate of insurance management and additional ACORD forms.
It also provides employee benefits tools for census analysis, billing reconciliation and contribution analysis, along with agency management system integrations and customizable AI workflows.
Anshu Jain, co-founder and chief technology officer at Outmarket, said the company aims to make AI technology available across the insurance industry, rather than limiting advanced automation to large brokerages.
The launch reflects the growing availability of AI-powered tools designed to help independent insurance agencies reduce administrative workloads, improve accuracy and manage client servicing more efficiently.
