Equal Parts completed three insurance agency acquisitions during the third quarter of 2026, bringing the company to 10 acquisitions just 16 months after completing its first agency transaction.
The company acquired El Valle Insurance, Archer Insurance Solutions and Loma Portal Insurance in three consecutive weeks.
The transactions also mark a new phase in Equal Parts’ acquisition strategy, with agency owners who previously joined the company through acquisitions now using its capital, technology and M&A resources to pursue additional deals.
Benito Ortiz, who became part of Equal Parts through its acquisition of Strategic Insurance Group in New Mexico, led the acquisition of El Valle Insurance.
The acquisitions of Archer Insurance Solutions and Loma Portal Insurance were led by Rex Young along with Dustin Webb, Brock Sherwood and Stephanie Musick. The group previously joined Equal Parts through its acquisition of D3 Insurance Group.
Mike Witte, co-founder and CEO of Equal Parts, said the company designed its platform to give established agency owners the resources to continue expanding their businesses. He pointed to the recent transactions as an example of agency leaders using the broader Equal Parts platform to pursue their own growth strategies.
Equal Parts provides participating agencies with acquisition capital, M&A infrastructure, centralized operations, expanded carrier relationships and shared services. The company also provides access to Ultron, its proprietary artificial intelligence operating system for insurance distribution.
Mike Meller, co-founder and COO, said completing three acquisitions in three weeks demonstrates the company’s ability to execute transactions quickly while allowing agency operators already on the platform to lead additional acquisitions.
With the three Q3 transactions, Equal Parts has now completed 10 acquisitions as it continues building its national insurance distribution platform.
