Target: roughly $300k–$450k trailing commissions, personal lines plus some commercial. Geography: Central Phoenix (Arcadia / Biltmore / Midtown) and East Valley (Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler). Not West Valley.
Structure: 25–30% cash at close, seller note, retention earn-out. Owner-operator. Close window late 2027 / early 2028. Happy to sign an NDA and review T12s.
